Daily / Weekly: Pay in full at time of reservation.
Monthly: $250 reservation fee.
Electricity: $0.17/kWh. Rate subject to change.
Cleaning, Taxes & Pets
Daily Cleaning Fee: $50.
Tax: 13% tax applies to stays of 30 days or less.
Pet Fee: $50 non-refundable pet fee when applicable.

Policies
Important Resort Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not taken online. Please contact the resort office directly for cancellation or modification requests.
All cancellations and/or modifications to a reservation may be subject to the loss of the reservation fee.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Late departures may be subject to additional fees.
Pool
Pool Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
No lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Fire Pits
Wood burning fire pits are prohibited. Propane fire pits are allowed on the concrete slab.
General Resort Rules
Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Speed limit is 10 MPH. Guests are responsible for their visitors.
Guests must remove all belongings when vacating the premises. Failure to comply may result in additional fees.
Pets
Maximum of two pets per site. Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and may not be left unattended.
