Policies
Our Policies and Rules are designed to promote a relaxed and enjoyable environment for all who are staying with us. To serve the interests of our campground, these policies are strictly enforced. We reserve the right to evict anyone violating these rules, destroying property, or otherwise creating a disturbance and no refund will be given in such events. We do not prorate.
Driving / Parking
- The speed limit is 10 MPH. Please watch for children!!
- Do not drive or park on the grass; stay on designated paved surface.
- Please DO NOT park in empty sites. Display parking permit.
- All visitors must register their vehicle and park in the designated parking areas.
- Parking passes must be obtained at time of check-in for all vehicles brought into the resort property.
- Golf carts and other motorized units must be operated by adult licensed drivers.
- Only one habitable unit is permitted per site and 2 vehicles on resort property. Additional vehicles subject to additional fees.
RVs, Cabins, Cabanas, Cottages, Bungalows, Houses & Loft Guests
- We do not refund any money for an early departure.
- We reserve the right to charge a fee for any damages to the property or to any material goods belonging to the park.
- No Smoking inside any of the buildings.
- Fish cleaning is NOT permitted inside cabins or anywhere on site.
- Hair coloring, dye is NOT permitted inside Cabins, Cabanas, Cottages, Bungalows, Bath Houses, and Loft.
- Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Use of park facilities is limited to registered guests of Drifters Resort.
- Registered guests are responsible for their visitors’ actions and those visitors need to adhere to all resort rules.
- Notify Office when washing RV; a fee for water usage will be assessed.
- Check-In Time ~ 3:00PM
Check-Out Time ~ 11:00AM*
A fee of $50 will apply to late departures up to 1 pm.
Departures after 1 pm will be subject to a $200 penalty, - Barbeque grills are available upon request. They should be cleaned out prior to departure.
- Any damages to the property including but not limited to water, electric, sewer, telephone, television connections, appliances, equipment or landscaping will be subject to repair and/or replacement cost.
- All RVs and vehicles must be moveable at any time at the request of Resort Management.
- All vehicles must be operable, registered and insured.
- Clotheslines and hanging laundry outside is not permitted.
- Grass area needs to be cleared for lawn care and routine maintenance. (Lawn decorations, potted plants, etc. are permitted if they are removed by guest/tenants for routine lawn care/maintenance)
- Pet fences must be removed from the grass area when not in use.
- Well water is non-potable. DO NOT DRINK. Hook up RV units to city water.
- White PVC pipe or a wood post marks the stopping point for the RV rig. Do not remove.
- Sewer connection must always be made with an appropriate sleeve or collar attached.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any RV deemed unsuitable due to age or condition. Only manufactured RVs allowed.
- Maintenance requests must be reported to the Office and repairs will be completed by Park maintenance
Pool
- Pool hours are 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
- No lifeguard on duty-children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Proper swim wear: no cut offs; swim diapers for babies
- NO GLASS – No ALCOHOL allowed in the pool area. No Food! No Smoking!
- No Diving!
General
- All children under the age of 12 must be always supervised by their parents or an adult over 21.
- Fireworks and firearms are not permitted.
- Trash is to be placed in one of the conveniently placed dumpsters – household trash only; break down boxes.
- No appliances, furniture, or large bulky items.
- Cords of any kind may not be run across driveways or grass to other sites.
- Use of Fire pits are allowed if it is in a contained unit which is manufactured for such use – and no burning on the ground surface.
- Office is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
- At the time you vacate the premises you must take all your belongings including but not limited to stairs, wood, furnishings, etc. Failure to comply will result in a fee of $100.00 – $300.00.
Cancellation & Modification to Reservation Policy

All cancellations and/or modifications to a reservation will be subject to the loss of security deposit.

Security deposits are applied after check-out inspections of room or RV site. We reserve the right to charge additional fees as necessary for missing items, damages or additional maintenance required.

After Check-In the unpaid balance of a reservation will be subject to loss of security deposit.
Pets
- Pets are not permitted in any of the buildings.
- Pets are NOT allowed in the clubhouse, pool area, bathrooms/showers, laundry room or exercise room at any time.
- Do Not wash or dry pet bedding in Laundry rooms.
- Pets must be on a leash no more than 6 feet in length!
- Dog waste must be picked up immediately. Failure will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
- Do not leave your pet tied outside unattended at any time.
- Barking dogs will not be tolerated.
- REGULATIONS: Final approval of all pets is up to management. No aggressive dogs allowed. No full or mixed breed dogs containing, or displaying physical traits of the following breeds: Chow, American Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Malamute, Akita, Doberman, Mastiff, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Presa Canarios or Cane Corsos. Maximum of two (2) dogs per site.

Fitness Center
- Children under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted in the fitness center.
- Release of liability for Fitness Center:
The Resort is private property. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or ask anyone to leave the premises if they are not cooperative or for any reason Management deems necessary to preserve or protect Resort property or guests. Neither the Resort nor the Resort Management is responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Non-Compliance Violations of Resort Policies
1. 1st notice of violation is a verbal warning
2. 2nd notice of violation is a $25.00 fee
3. 3rd notice of violation is a $75.00 fee up to and including eviction.
Guests may be evicted without a refund if they fail to comply with resort rules and policies.
